This is one of the major causes of customer dis-satisfaction and lesser sales. To be the superstar in sales, you got to prepare yourself to become a good listener as well

 -  Be a man of words – being polite and thankful is inherent to being a great salesperson. Whenever you interact with any customer never forget to show gratitude towards them. As they say ‘treat people the way you want yourself to be treated’. So, always make sure that you fulfill the promises you have made with your client
